Today additional session judge has announced the judgement in the murder of ex minister of Law Chaudhry Muhammad Farooq. He was killed in Dec 2002 with other 3 persons. The honorable lower court announced 6 times lifetime prison to three culprits along with fine of Rs.6,00,000 to each killer.
Mr. Muhammad Farooq was also provincial president of PML (Junejo), and his five companions were shot dead by unidentified gunmen near Dandi Dara Sarai Alamgir. Which is 60 kilometers away from Sarai Alamgeer District Gujrat. He died at age of 43 years.
